WILL YOU BUY MY CAR FROM ME?
Fidelity Auto Center will buy your car for $250 more than other dealerships, such as CarMax®, with a valid written offer. We will buy your car even if you do not purchase a car from us. Fidelity Auto Center will write you a check at the time of purchase.
HOW DO I GET AN OFFER FOR MY CAR?
Simply bring your car, truck or SUV to Fidelity Auto Center to have it appraised by one of our Managers. The appraisal process will take approximately 30-45 minutes and we will give you a written offer that will be good for 5 days. If you have had your car, truck or SUV appraised at CarMax® or any other dealership, bring your written appraisal offer and Fidelity Auto Center will offer you $250 more for your car, truck or SUV! Please note that this offer excludes trade-in vehicles. Schedule your appointment to have your car appraised!
DO I NEED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET MY CAR APPRAISED?
No. Scheduling an appointment may save you time and make the appraisal process quicker for you, but it is not required. If you would like to schedule an appointment to have your car, truck or SUV appraised, simply complete the form at the top of this page and include what date and time works best for you in the comments section. We will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the date and time to appraise your car, truck or SUV.
DOES FIDELITY AUTO CENTER ONLY BUY CARS OR CAN I TRADE IT IN?

WHAT IF I HAVE A LIEN ON MY CAR?
If you have lien on your car, we will have to contact your lien holder during business hours to obtain a 15-day payoff on your vehicle. Fidelity Auto Center, in order for to pay off any lien on your car, will need to obtain the lien holder’s name and contact information. If you have any questions regarding a lien on your car and/or how the process works, please contact Fidelity Auto Center and someone from our team will be more than happy to assist you.
